Maintenance Contracts tailored to your needs

UDEC maintenance contracts guarantee reduced downtime and keep costs under control. Our regularly scheduled on-site preventive maintainance program drastically reduces the incidence of critical component failures.

Maintenance contracts are available in two levels:

 
Basic Maintenance Agreement:
Monday to Friday 8:30:am to 5:00:pm telephone support with a guaranteed next-business-day technician response time. This is the most economical plan for utilising the benefits of a maintenance contract.
 
Standard Maintenance Agreement:
Monday to Friday 8:30:am to 5:00:pm access to our resources with a maximum 4-hour response time for hardware and operating system problems.

Application software support is also available at additional cost.

General Procedures for Implementing
a Maintenance Contract:

The initial procedure to place equipment under contract is for UDEC staff to come in and do an evaluation of the existing equipment to determine the general condition and what is installed in/or part of the equipment. Any basic preventive maintenance required will be performed at no charge, but repairs necessary for the equipment to be in good operating condition will be billed prior to the contract taking effect.

Pricing is determined by what options are installed in the equipment and what additional devices the customer would like to be included.
