Repair and Exchange Services for Dealers

UDEC provides repair and exchange services for computers, printers, monitors and peripherals. On-site service calls are available in Southern Ontario to address problems with most hardware and operating systems.

In-house repair facilities with full shipping capabilities and a walk-in service counter are also available at our Markham office.

Exchange services offered include advance exchange of defective subassemblies and units with a 'like for like' component from our inventory. These assemblies are original OEM parts of superior quality and workmanship new or rebuilt to the highest standards. This option applies to computer dealers, third-party maintenance companies and self-maintaining corporations.

Some of our most commonly exchanged parts include: laser printer fuser assemblies, dot-matrix printheads, band/line printer shuttles and motherboards from high-end brand-name PCs and servers.

Our material-handling process for repaired items and subassemblies being shipped to customers adhere to the highest anti-ESD standards.

All repairs and exchanges come with a 90-day warranty.
